Our Single Trip, Annual and Backpacker (Long Stay) policies are available with different levels of cover: For basic medical protection for trips to Europe, we offer a Schengen policy. If you are looking for a more comprehensive benefits package, take a look at our Standard and Premier policies. Ski, Golf and Business Cover can be added as an option to our Standard and Premier policies.
24 hour Assistance Service
Should you require emergency medical treatment or repatriation, our policies provide you with access to 24hr multilingual emergency assistance.
Whether it's injury or illness, our policies cover you for both emergency in-patient and out-patient treatment, which includes non-routine prescription charges, consultations and even emergency dental treatment. If it becomes medically necessary to repatriate you back to your home country, then this is covered too.

Cancellation & Curtailment
We will compensate you for any unused accommodation and travel expenses which you lose or incur as a result of having to cancel / curtail your holiday due to certain reasons.
The excess on Cancellation & Curtailment is US$75 (US$0 with Zero Excess Option).
This benefit covers you for necessary hotel and travelling expenses (not including food, drink and telephone expenses) incurred in reaching your booked destination if you arrive too late to commence your booked trip from your or to your country of residence, as a result of being delayed.
We will offer you financial compensation if your outward or homeward journey is delayed more than 6 hours.
We cover the loss and theft of and damage to your baggage & personal belongings. We also provide you with an allowance to purchase essential replacement items in the event that your checked-in baggage is delayed for a certain period of time.
The excess on Baggage Cover is US$75 (US$0 with Zero Excess Option).
Cash & Documents
We cover the cost of replacing your personal documents. We also cover the loss and theft of your money.
The excess is US$75 (US$0 with Zero Excess Option).
In the event of accidental injury, disablement or death, a lump sum payment will be issued to you or the persons chosen by you.
We cover accidental damage to third parties (person or property) inflicted by the insured while travelling.

The excess on Personal Liability Cover is US$250 (US$0 with Zero Excess Option).
If you suffer personal injury, we cover the cost for a juridical procedure / legal advice
If you are forced to move away from your accommodation as a result of a catastrophe, we'll offer you financial compensation.
If your means of transport gets hijacked, we’ll offer you financial compensation
In the event of terrorist activity the following cover applies provided you are not actively engaged in the events and have not travelled or do not remain contrary to Foreign & Commonwealth office advice or advice issued by the Foreign Office (or equivalent) of your Country of Residence:
- Medical and Other Expenses (up to 1% of the Medical Expenses limit)
- Hospital Cash Allowance
Car Hire Excess Insurance (Collision Damage Waiver)
Covers the excess payable on a car rental contract (if the contract is in the name of the insured and the duration of the car rental contract falls within the period of insurance) as a result of:
- Vehicle damage
- Damage to windows
- Damage to tyres
- Damages to the undercarriage and roof
- Theft and attempted theft
We cover the loss and theft of and damage to your business equipment and business documents. If you have to cancel / curtail your business trip due to certain reasons, we will pay for the travel expenses of a colleague to replace you at your destination.

Adventure Sports Cover
We cover many sports and activities as standard*:
Ballooning as a passenger, basketball, boxing training (no contact), bungee jumping (maximum 2 jumps), cycling (not touring), dinghy sailing, elephant riding (1‐2 days), hiking, horse riding (not jumping), jet boating, kayaking/ canoeing/rafting involving white water rapids grades 1, 2 and 3, marathon running, martial arts training, mopeds, motorcycling on vehicles up to 125cc, overland expedition, parascending/ parasailing, passenger light aircraft/helicopter, river‐sledging, running, safari, sailing inshore (inside 20km limit), scuba diving with a qualified diving instructor (maximum depth 30 metres), sea canoeing, snorkelling, surfing, trekking, water skiing, weightlifting, windsurfing.
The following sports and activities are covered with the Adventure Pack cover extension:*
Abseiling, American football, bungee jumping (more than 2 jumps), cricket, deep sea fishing (inside 20km limit), fencing, football/soccer, gliding, gymnastics, hockey, kayaking/canoeing/rafting involving white water rapids grades 4 and 5, polo, rugby (union or league), scuba diving (maximum depth 30 metres).
* Personal Liablility cover exclusions apply for ownership, possession or use of vehicles, aircraft, watercraft, parachuting, paragliding, hangliding, hot air ballooning or use of firearms.
If you plan to play golf, or take your golf clubs on holiday then it is a good idea to consider adding Golf cover to your policy. Your golf equipment will be covered, as will club fees and hire equipment. You will also be covered for personal liability and accidental damage.
